Reciprocal golf survey

How does your club run its reciprocals?

Many golf clubs offer reciprocal arrangements, but running them often means emails, letters of introduction, manual checks and repeated follow-ups.

We are researching how clubs manage reciprocal play today, where the administrative effort lies, and how it could work better for club staff and members. Your answers will shape The Reciprocal, a platform we are developing to help clubs manage their existing arrangements while keeping full control over their own conditions.

Contact details are optional, and completing the survey does not commit your club to anything.

Thank you for sharing your experience.

Could The Reciprocal help?

Could The Reciprocal help?

The Reciprocal is a platform we are developing to help clubs run the reciprocal arrangements they already have. It offers:

  • every partner club on a map and searchable list, on your own website;
  • clear terms per partner, set by your club and shown to members the same way every time;
  • online requests, which the host club approves or declines from a link in an email, without letters of introduction;
  • automatic follow-up of unanswered requests.

In development: insight into how members use each partner, and a way to find clubs that are open to new arrangements.
