1. Who we are
The Site is operated by Korving Klikt. The Reciprocal is a commercial company in development. Korving Klikt operates it until a separate company has been set up, which may then take over the Site and these terms.

3. Use of information
We aim to keep the information on the Site accurate and current, but we cannot guarantee this at all times. Decisions made using the content of the Site are at your own risk.
4. Use of the contact form and the survey
Use the contact form and the survey only for genuine enquiries and answers. Do not use them to send unlawful content or unsolicited advertising, or to disrupt the Site. We limit the number of messages that can be sent in a short time.
5. External links
The Site may link to other websites, including the website of The Centenary, which is a separate service with its own terms. We do not control or endorse external content and accept no responsibility for it.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Korving Klikt is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Site or from reliance on its content.

All content, branding (including the name and logo of The Reciprocal) and design on the Site are protected and may not be used without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.
8. Privacy
For how we handle personal data, see our privacy policy and cookie policy.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.
If you use the Site as a consumer, this does not take away the protection you have under the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
